Carriage of Handicapped Passengers
A passenger is considered a 'Handicapped Passenger' when his/her physical or mental condition requires individual attention not normally extended to other passengers or he/she requires assistance during boarding, disembarking and evacuating the aircraft. Paramount Airways offers Wheel Chair assistance to handicapped passengers. This facility is provided free of cost. To avail of this facility the passenger has to inform our reservation staff at the time of booking and our Customer Service Staff at the airport will arrange for this assistance. Strecher facility will not be provided on our flights. Blind passengers will be assisted by our commercial staff at the airport.
Carriage of Unaccompanied Minors
A child between the age of 5 years and 12 years traveling alone is termed as an Unaccompanied Minor (UM). A child under 12 years is treated as an unaccompanied minor even though accompanied by a passenger who is 13 years but less than 18 years.
When an unaccompanied minor is entrusted to us for travel, we emphasize that no effort is spared in providing special attention to him or her. This should give confidence to parents / guardians regarding our ability to look after their children whilst traveling with us.
The parent / guardian of the child has to fill up an "Unaccompanied minor Form" which can be collected at the time of reservation/ticketing or check-in. This form is filled in triplicate. In case the UM is traveling on two sectors with a change of aircraft involved, two sets of forms will have to be filled in. We do not accept Unaccompanied Minors where there is an overnight stay involved.
It is very important to fill up the UM form correctly with all details like address, telephone numbers, contact persons etc. at departure and destination stations. The parent / guardian of the unaccompanied minor are advised to wait until the flight has departed. This would help in the event of any delay / cancellation. We ensure that an Unaccompanied minor is never left alone at any point of time, as we are responsible for the child while they are with us.
The UM At destination, the UM is handed over only to the person stated in the UM form. If necessary, proof of identity may be requested. In case the person stated in the form is not available, the child WILL NOT be handed over until approval is granted by the Parent/Guardian mention in form.

Check-In Time - For Domestic flights: Check-in usually starts 90 minutes before departure and the Check-in counters will be closed 30 minutes before departure time for all classes of passengers.
Certain formalities are required to be completed by the passenger at the airport before and after being accepted by the airline for travel. To complete these formalities and the check-in process, passengers are required to arrive at the airport sufficiently before the departure time of the flight.
The time shown on the E-ticket itinerary is the flight departure time. Passengers are requested to arrive at the airport 90 minutes before departure time. Upon arrival at airport, please report at the Paramount Airways counter to permit the completion of the formalities.
In order to maintain schedules, the boarding gate will be closed 15 minutes before departure time.
Passengers, who do not report at the boarding gate at the requested boarding time, will not be boarded on the said flight. Passengers are requested to contact the carrier for more information on the policy.
In the event of delays and misconnection of flights not within the reasonable control of Paramount Airways, Paramount Airways will disclaim any liability towards the same.
Check-in time for groups - Passengers traveling in groups (30 or more passengers traveling together) are advised to report to the airport atleast 90 minutes prior to the flight departure.
Groups of less than 30 passengers can report at the airport 75 minutes prior to departure.
No-Show Passengers - Confirmed passengers who do not present themselves for their booked flight are termed as 'No Shows'. If for some reason you are unable to undertake travel on a flight for which you have a confirmed booking, please let us know as early as possible. This would enable us to offer the seat to another passenger who otherwise would be unable to travel. Passengers are requested to contact the carrier for more information on the policy.
